Caterpillar Bow Tie
1) We pull 15 chains.
2) We sink into the 3rd loop from the end with a double handrail and complete the entire row with a double handrail.
3) Like the second row, we knit a total of 4 rows of double handrails.
We shrink the rectangular piece we have obtained in the form of a bow tie and sew it with a needle and thread in the middle.
Caterpillar Eyes
Beads can also be used for the eyes, but if you are going to put this next to a baby, I suggest you knit the eyes.
1) For eye whites, we make 6 frequent needles into the magic ring with white thread. We knit the second row by making 2 frequent needles in each loop.
2) For the pupil, we use a dark thread and make 5 frequent needles into the magic ring. We knit the second row by making 2 frequent needles in each loop. We sew the pupil to the eye with dark thread.
3) We sew the eye flux to the circle you want to make a head with light color yarn.
Combining
• Two of the footlets we have made will be our caterpillar’s antennae, the others will be its feet.
• One of the circles will be the head, we sew the remaining five balls side by side. We leave a slight opening under the balls and sew the legs two by two by putting fibers in them.
• We make sure that the feet in each ball are parallel to the other feet.
• We sew the round of the caterpillar’s head perpendicular to the body at a ninety degree angle. Then we sew the bow tie and finish our caterpillar.
